By visiting this website, creating an account, downloading the software, or using getsilkway VPN, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, stop accessing and using the services.

If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

getsilkway provides VPN software and related subscription services to help users establish encrypted connections on restricted, unsafe, or cross-border networks. Specific features, data allowances, bandwidth tiers, device limits, and available regions are described on the applicable purchase or service page at the time of use.

VPN access does not guarantee access to any particular website, application, content, or regional service, nor does it guarantee continuous availability, a fixed speed, a fixed latency, or the ability to bypass a third-party platform's technical restrictions.

• Provide registration information that is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• Keep your account credentials secure and remain responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old. Users under 18 may use the services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Do not resell, rent, transfer, or share an account unless expressly permitted by the applicable page or a written agreement.
• Each subscription allows no more than one device to maintain an online connection at the same time, subject to the limits shown on the purchase page.

Prices, subscription periods, available features, and limitations are shown on the page presented to you at checkout. Unless the purchase page expressly states otherwise, subscriptions do not renew automatically and a new subscription must be purchased by you.

Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled according to the purchase page, the applicable payment channel rules, and applicable law. If you purchase through a third-party app store or other platform, you may need to submit a refund request to that platform. These Terms do not promise an unconfirmed refund period or method.

As long as you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the getsilkway software and services on compatible devices that you own or control.

All rights in the website, software, interface, trademarks, text, graphics, code, and other content belong to getsilkway or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted by law or agreed by us in writing, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or create derivative works from them.

We may suspend or terminate an account or service because of security risks, a violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, fraud or payment risks, legal requirements, or to protect users, the services, or third parties. Where permitted by law, we will provide notice as appropriate; urgent security incidents may require action first.

We may continuously improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services. We do not guarantee that the software or services will always support every device, network, protocol, or region.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the services will be error-free, uninterrupted, completely secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. VPN use may affect connection speeds, regional services, third-party accounts, or network policies; you are responsible for assessing those risks and keeping important data backed up.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, getsilkway is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, third-party conduct, or events that could not reasonably have been foreseen. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you under applicable law.

Disputes should first be submitted to support@getsilkway.com for good-faith discussion. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore.

We may update these Terms because of changes to law, service features, security measures, or operations. Continued use of the services after an update means that you accept the updated Terms; we will use reasonable means to notify you of material changes where practicable.
