This Policy explains what information getsilkway processes, why it is processed, and how you can contact us to exercise applicable data protection rights.

  • Subscription and transaction information: such as subscription type, order status, amount, currency, and payment result. Complete payment credentials are generally handled by payment service providers.

  • Contact information: when you contact support, we process the email address, issue description, and attachments that you choose to provide.
  • Website technical information: such as necessary cookies, browser information, and security logs used to operate the website, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.

2. VPN Activity and No Browsing-Content Logs

We do not process information for the purpose of recording, selling, or analyzing the specific websites you visit, the content of your VPN traffic, or the content of your communications. We also do not use the VPN service as an advertising-profiling tool.

For account security, service operation, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, or legal compliance, we may process necessary technical information. This does not mean absolute anonymity or that no technical records are ever kept; rely on the scope described in this Policy and the actual features of the service.

3. How We Use Information

  • Create and maintain accounts and provide the VPN service you request.
  • Process subscriptions, provide customer support, send service notices, and perform security verification.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, malicious attacks, and violations of our policies.
  • Diagnose issues and improve stability, compatibility, and security.
  • Comply with applicable laws, court orders, and lawful requests from competent authorities.

Where required by applicable law, we process information based on contract performance, legal obligations, consent, or legitimate interests.

4. Sharing and Cross-Border Processing

We may provide information necessary to perform a task to service providers that support hosting, customer service, payments, email, analytics, security, or technical operations, and require them to process information in accordance with applicable law.

We may also disclose necessary information in connection with a merger, acquisition, asset transfer, restructuring, legal requirement, protection of users or the public, fraud investigation, or enforcement of our rights.

Information may be processed outside Singapore. For cross-border transfers, we will use contractual, technical, or organizational safeguards required by applicable law.

These rights may be subject to identity verification, legal exceptions, and our retention obligations.

The services are intended for users who can lawfully accept this Policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age set by applicable law. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact customer support.

We may update this Policy and publish the latest version and effective date on this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice by reasonable means where practicable.
