How many devices can use one subscription at the same time?
Basic supports two devices online at a time. Standard supports three devices online at a time.
What happens when I use my monthly data allowance?
Each plan has a defined monthly data allowance. Check your account or contact support@getsilkway.com for help with your plan status and available options.
Does annual plan data reset monthly?
Yes. Annual plans include a monthly data allowance that resets each month: 250 GB for Basic and 500 GB for Standard.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are non-refundable except where a payment channel requires a refund or applicable law requires one. Contact support@getsilkway.com with payment questions.
What information does GetSilkWay VPN log?
We do not record the websites you visit or the content of your communications. Account, billing, device, website security, and anti-abuse information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
